Ingredients:

Clams....600g
Garlic....6 Cloves
Onion (chopped).....1/2 Tbsp
Butter.....3 Tbsp
Fresh Cream ..... 100ml
White Wine ..... 1 Cup
Chicken Broth .... 1 Cup
Black pepper .... Few
Lemon ..... 1/2 Pcs
Parsley (chopped) .... Few

Method:

1. Heat up a pot and add oil in.

2. Add butter (2 Tbsp), garlic and onion into the pot. Stir fry and mix.

3. Put clams, white wine and chicken broth into the pot then close the lid. Let it cook until the shells open.

4. Add black pepper and fresh cream. Turn off the heat and mix them well.

5. Squeeze lemon juice on top of the pot then add the lemon wedge and parsley to finish.
